The C.A.R.E For Crohn's Foundation creates innovative ways to raise funds for individuals battling Crohn's and other auto-immune diseases.
For this project, the goal was to raise money for the foundation and honor young crohns survvors with scholarships. The GSC team was in charge of Executive Assistance (including PR work) and certain aspects of Visual Presentation.
First, We developed a list of potential auction items and donors that fit with the theme of the non-profit gala and created brand conscious solicitation letters, forms, and materials for donations with help from the foundations Community Engagement Coordinator. We then provide graphic design support to the foundation's Special Events Department, including event layouts and diagrams.
Our team also served as the point of contact for Artist Relations and assisted with other vendor relations, such as concessionaires, caterers, equipment rentals, entertainment, etc. and provided administrative support as required throughout the event planning process.
